@FieldYates @AdamSchefter Crazy that there is rarely a reference to the fact that Jim Harbaugh was his coach at the University of San Diego. A big reason Harbaugh is there he is today is because of Josh’s time as their qb at USD.

I am not as negative on ticketing platforms as most, but what’s crazy yesterday StubHub shared that $1.8 billion worth of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour tickets were sold on their platform in 2023 and 2024! There were 150 tour dates so>$10M per show. It was more than 10% of their sales in total over those two years. Can easily assume that globally Swifties spent close to $5B on tickets for the tour!

@mrjordangardner @ScottFriedman3 @StubHub I am with you. If prices are the roughly the same I will use TM. With that StubHub is great w/ baseball to be fair. I worked on that deal for them 20 years ago, so I know it cancels and reissues barcodes for MLB. I do like StubHub for things like parking and college sports.

@ScottFriedman3 @StubHub My dad is Mr. Bettinelli. I have a long history with StubHub. TBH, I have never had an issue a customer. I think the costs are excessive (as they are for the entire secondary ticket market) but knock on wood, never an experience problem.

When did the Robotaxis fail Mr, Greg? Please tell us more. Did they fail in these last few weeks as they have continued to add new vehicles to the fleet each day. Are the engineers failing as they finalize the next software update to V 14. Is the factory failing by initiating CyberCab production on schedule. Is it a bad idea to produce a product that is far and away the cost leader for a ride service? Is Waymo wrong for trying to become a transition away from sensored dysphoria to a more intelligence base system? @gregbettinelli

@adamnash @Starbucks I am part of this movement as well. Plus, the paper cup issue in Santa Monica is awful. Makes no sense that they have cold drinks in paper cups. I've made it very clear to anyone I know at Starbucks. They know and will retreat but it's taken far too long to make any transition.

For reference, these are the new hot drink lids. Impossible to drink from, dirty quickly, and spill too easily. They also have a taste? 🤢 Whoever designed these must hate people who go to @Starbucks.

Not sure if @BrianNiccol1 @Starbucks is listening, but you need to kill those new compostable drink lids immediately. It's an unmitigated brand disaster. Spoken with employees at multiple locations -- they all know. Admit the mistake, back to the drawing board, try again later.

The way @jefffluhr tells the @StubHub story is how I remember it from @eBay side. It’s a travesty for Jeff and rest of his team from 2000 to 2007 to not be part of public history of the business now being retold in their IPO S-1. Shame on those involved. linkedin.com/posts/jefffluh…
