@AirCanada 6 days later, and still no bag :(… Countless hours on hold, talking to “agents” on the other side of the world who can’t actually help. No medication. No prescriptions. No toiletries or warm clothing for my child & wife in northern BC. Just stress/distress.

@British_Airways cont’d From LA to Heathrow and attendant spilled a wine and water tray on me and my chair. When we landed i sat on a stairwell in the cold and rain for 40 minutes while no buses were organized. Just terrible so far.

@British_Airways thanks for the voucher offer. Doesnt really help. My reply below. I’d like points or compensation. I dont want a voucher bc i have lounge access.  You need to do better. These tickets are $$$ and so far my trip has been embarrassing.

@British_Airways yet another setback and now almost a three hour delay bc of a technical difficulty on the plane. I had the option to fly business on another airline. Chose @British_Airways bc i thought it would be better. I stand corrected. Lets talk.

@British_Airways now a delay connecting london to cape town. No explanation from attendants. Tweeting at you bc your reps said its the surest way get a reply… standing by.
