I swear, everything i do is tedious lol. been slowly making a posing system for vrc (and possibly for other games) that can remember what pose you were in if you change lobbies and also give the end user 100% access to edit their pose in realtime #VRChat #unity3d #animation

Google has solved a 20-year-old web problem.. It's called html-in-canvas, a new experimental Chrome feature that renders live HTML directly as a 3D texture. here's what it does: → draws any DOM element (dashboards, forms, entire app UIs) straight into a canvas → full CSS still works, flexbox, grid, shadows, backdrop-filter, animations → text stays selectable, inputs stay typeable, screen readers still see it → auto syncs with your DOM on every paint → pipes into any WebGL shader → distort, curl, refract, warp the wildest part: someone already built an html-cloth plugin that turns your live UI into simulated fabric.

going to try to post a lot more. i meant to post more when on blusky but it mostly turned into a rare announcement page. i felt like i shouldnt show anything that was dirty or unfinished, but ive decided: who cares atp. might as well try to share what was accomplished

I'mma be so for real y'all, and no shade to the devs, but we need a better default 3D vtuber format, y'all deserve better, there's so much we're limited to in this format. 😢 I know it's designed for simplicity and widespread compatibility but I often feel the cons outweigh the pros in terms of creative freedom. Just my thoughts though, I also figured it'd be good if more vtubers knew the limitations of this file format with it being the number #1 used format in 3D vtubing. This is just me moreso venting lol, there's not a suitable alternative atm that is this widespread yet I'd say.
