@jockmcgonzo @British_Airways Yeah, the first one "Manager Paul" almost looked the part. All reported & blocked (it shouldn't be difficult for X to proactively block them). My next tactic might be to phone BA daily. Just have to get through the voice-activated options quicker.

@British_Airways I put in a refund request on 6/6/24 (delayed >8 hrs). You never e-mail or phone me. Every time I call I get told it's pending and I should wait another week. When should I actually expect to hear from you?!!! My ex gets in touch with me more than you do. 😢

@craig_allan_za @sotm It was 2020 that Cape Town was going to host SotM. Yep, a little late but I enjoyed finally visiting the city/country. I helped organise and host SotM that year, online it was still a great event.

@gregorymarler @sotm Nice T Shirt. But you're running a little late. This year 2024 SotM is in Nairobi in September, not Cape Town 2019, which was sadly virtualised due to COVID 19
