The NEW Tradeup Formula @SpectralOwl and I have discovered alongside other players there’s one NEW step to the tradeup formula. Every input has its float weighted to its float cap. For example, if an item has a 0.01 float in a 0-0.1 float cap, its tradeup float is 0.1 (10x)

@grepenoop Investing in specific autographs is the smart move, pick 1-5 really good ones and go all-in on them and only them. You could also potentially buy their autograph capsules but I’d diversify with the teams instead.

⚠️ READ BEFORE INVESTING IN AUSTIN MAJOR STICKER CAPSULES ⚠️ As many of you know I've always been very bullish and optimistic when it comes to major sticker capsule investing. My philosophy is simple: buy good assets whose supply is only going to go down with time, and whose demand has potential to increase over the next several years for a variety of different reasons. I personally have invested in every single CSGO and CS2 major that I can remember and have made (and lost some) a substantial amount of money. So when it comes to whether or not I think you should invest in the Austin Major, you should already know that I believe these stickers and capsules will rise and give us profit. Now the big question is "how much"? Will they perform the same way as Shanghai and give us 5-10x returns? Or will they behave more like Copenhagen and Rio? I'm willing to bet that it will be the latter unfortunately. The thing investors need to realize is that the major sticker market has cycles. One major performs really well, the next one not so much. Then perhaps we get a good major, followed by a poor major, etc. The key is you should always be buying these items no matter what, just the amount of capital you allocate can vary depending on how bullish (or bearish) you are on these capsules. Here are the current listings per capsule on the Steam Market: Legends - 33,841 Challengers - 32,679 Contenders - 31,718 All three capsules are fairly balanced right now and it's looking like the most prudent strategy is to just buy 100 of each, or 1000 of each, depending on your budget. Usually I tend to lean more towards the Contenders Capsules, because those contain one-off teams with unique logos and mascots that can drive demand for crafting and niche collectors. Also their supply is usually lower compared to their peers, which makes it easier for big whales and sharks to scoop up more of them from the market and push prices higher during pumps. 📚Lesson: Always invest in good assets with strong fundamentals and don't be afraid to take profit when given the opportunity. I will make a dedicated YouTube video with full transparency on the total number of capsules I end up purchasing at a later date.
