@JasonBa34436521 @RyanLostinTX Do you think costs go down because of the private sector?
English

@RyanLostinTX No, just understand that the cost will skyrocket with government paying for it

The cool thing about a rotisserie chicken is you can make so much with it. Legs/wings are part of a meal. Breast can be used for another meal. Carcass can be used to make chicken stock for other meals. I’m absolutely for it being covered by SNAP. You’re an asshole if you’re not.

Rotisserie Chickens will soon be able to be purchased with SNAP funds. Thoughts?

@dalves1_ @even_steven8tht What would you prefer your tax money be spent on?
English

You’re focusing on the intent, not the impact. Yes, it sounds good, free childcare, helping families, supporting workers. Nobody argues that helping people is bad. The real question is: who’s paying for it? Because nothing is free.
Every “free” program is funded by someone:
•The single man with no kids
•The woman who chose not to have children
•The small business owner already stretched thin
•The middle class getting hit with higher taxes
So what you’re calling “good” is actually a redistribution of cost. And here’s the bigger issue, once you normalize this, where does it stop? Today it’s childcare. Ok, then tomorrow it’s something else. And the bill keeps growing.
Smart leadership isn’t just about doing what sounds good. It’s about understanding who benefits, who pays, and what the long term consequences are. If you ignore that, you’re not being compassionate, you’re being short sighted.

America is such a fascinating place because this man is providing a service that actually materially benefits people, arguably what the government is designed to do, and you will still see articles upon articles trying to convince you he’s actually doing a bad thing.

@CFCDaily @_adamCFC_ Is he inept or is the garnacho and Neto and gittens and Delap and Joao Pedro inept?
English

@_adamCFC_ Because he’s tactically inept against inferior sides, bottom half of the home table, 6 away wins win in 2025. Out coached by Iraola 4 times out of 4. Outclassed by Glasner in 3/3. Plus he’s sulking on the touchline and that’s not good enough to be essentially giving up.
