Tonight, after an 11-hour desk shift, I went for a 5K sunset walk with my daughter…
A great way to wind down after a high energy work day.
On our walk, she suggested we make sloppy Joe’s for dinner…
Me: “But I don’t know how to make low-carb Sloppy Joe’s…”
My daughter: “Hold my beer.”

@TurnBucklBBQ Pull at 165, tallow and butcher paper wrap, go to 199 then pull. Rest in a cooler til it hits 150. Shred, add juices back in and mix up, slaw and vinegar sauce on slider buns. Should be good.
