Watching them yesterday, what a difference it makes not having Mowatt slowing everything down to pass it back 5 yards, it’s not a coincidence that these last 4 games and this huge improvement has coincided with him not playing.

Don’t see this as a controversial take. Diakite has been great last few games and it’s good to see, but that’s the point, it’s the last few games. How often is a player who’s coming to the end of a deal suddenly improved. Valid concern to question the short term view #wba

@NeilClark66 Away u go Neil. Any animals used for sport are abused and treated like trash. So many greyhounds get shot and dumped when they’re not fit to race anymore.

Not enough evidence, yet still they voted to ban it today. I’m 100% pro animals and pro animal welfare but the ban on greyhound racing in Wales is misguided, the sport isn’t cruel and the dogs are well looked after. It’s a sad day as greyhound racing & ‘a night at the dogs’ is part of Britain’s sporting & cultural heritage.

Yes diakite looked dead but simply don’t remove your CM and expect to stay in control. Dike looked like he could do 90 so why didn’t he. When you go to 9 players with maja and mowatt you reap what you sow.

@Knave_of_Albion Taking Molumby off was madness. Unless he was being carried off he should’ve played the whole game. Bringing on wispy kids for experienced players made no sense. Keeping 442 made no sense. We were unlucky but Mozza got it wrong.

@throstle123 One sub at a time was what was needed not 3 at once.

I'm all for making subs when it's needed but sometimes when you have the energy, the momentum, the determination, you stick with it and ask the players to give it a bit more. Not subs fault and we're so unlucky after a brilliant brilliant effort.. Onwards and upwards.

game management has killed us badly there. that’s 3 points and a whole lot of confidence gone. mowatt has to take that free kick short, or put it back post. doesn’t. gilchrist has to leave that throw in and get back in shape, doesn’t. aims for sole maja in the box. #wba
