I’m excited to share GritQL is now open source. GritQL is a query engine for searching and transforming source code. It’s designed to make simple searches easy, but not limit the complexity of transformations. Plus it’s written in Rust for maximum performance.

Rare copywriting masterpiece by @gritdotio: Straightforward, specific explanation of the value of the product and how it works. Written in language that the customer uses. In one sentence you can imagine the entirety of what this company does Devs are good at copywriting for dev products, because they are the customer. Quite a bit harder to do this well if you are not the customer.

Grit.io from @morgantepell was able to migrate our finetuning cli, usage cli, and about 50% of our codebase in 1 minute. Every developer should be using grit to do their migration to the new openai sdk.
