You bet, @GROHE_US and @grohe! The braided hose near the anchor on my very expensive kitchen faucet (the one on the homepage) split and now there is black mold on the cabinet. Been on the phone for about an hour. Even the call-back feature isn't working.

hello @GROHE_US when i am using the tub spout, water comes from the shower head. Is there something I can do to prevent this? I'm using the universal rough and the europlus trim with tub spout, shower head, and handheld.

I paid almost $400 (w/tax) for a Ladylux L2 in December 2019. Water just trickles from tap. Replaced sprayer head, cleaned coupler - still just a trickle. Plumber says the problem is in the steel flex line. @GROHE_US - can you help?
