Enjoying following the #spinerace , which involves running the Pennine Way continuously. This gives a sense of some of the conditions at the moment. And when I say I am enjoying following it, I am enjoying following it from my sofa with a cup of tea.

This day two years ago, I hiked from the North Rim to Bright Angel campground at the bottom of the Grand Canyon on the North Kaibab Trail.

@deedeelea Whoops … have been absent from Twitter for a bit. I did North Kaibob down and Bright Angel out I think? It’s been years since but have done that hike twice. The second time I stayed at the bunkhouses for two nights to recuperate but what a feeling to know you’ve done it!
