CATERPILLAR So many Industrial stocks are in bubbles that are unravelling. Caterpillar is an example. It has a .25% free cashflow yield. People own it for pure momentum reasons. We are short $CAT but I could find you examples of plenty of other industrials that are over-priced. Note: These names were extended *before* the Iran conflict...

I saw a guy on CNBC saying he wanted to buy the dip on Industrials. He pointed to names like Caterpillar. That guy is clueless. Take a look at $CAT historical valuation. Now, ask yourself what happens to their forward earnings estimates when capital markets don't permit further AI capex funding.

@gruust @ACapitalLP 1) Statutes of limitations 2) Fork in the road clauses in many bilateral ICSID treates (i.e. once you chose to litigate in the US for 10 years, you can not switch to ICSID 10+ years later) and 3) Getting ICSID award + getting it enforceable in the US = 5-7 year process...

On the current selloff in software: Software has gone through nine major downturns since 2014. The 2025/26 drawdown sits at 33% peak to trough. That is the second largest compression on record, behind only the 2021/22 rate cycle where multiples collapsed 63%. Every single prior dislocation recovered. In most cases to meaningfully higher multiples than before the drawdown. Vista's read: the concerns driving the current narrative around AI native disruption and changing revenue models are getting ahead of the evidence. The same was said during the cloud transition in 2014 when investors feared AWS would displace traditional software vendors. What followed was a decade of expansion.

this guy let an AI agent handle his scam texts for a week a scammer asked him to buy a $500 gift card the agent spent 4 hours "driving" to target. sent status updates like "i'm at the red light now, there's a very handsome squirrel on the sidewalk. do you think he's married?" then it said "i forgot my purse, going back home. wait, this isn't my house" it sent a screenshot of a captcha to the scammer claiming its "eyes were blurry" and it couldn't see the buttons to wire money the scammer actually solved the captcha for the AI the scammer eventually typed: "please just stop talking. i don't want the money anymore. god bless you but leave me alone" total time wasted for the guy was 14 hours the script should be open source lol

Average up, not down! Pyramid into a winner as it goes up. Don't put good money after bad. IBD founder William O'Neil wrote in his book "The Successful Investor:" "Don't ever average down on any stock in your portfolio. If you buy a stock at $50 and it goes to $45, never buy more.. . sooner or later, you will get hurt badly." In "How to Trade in Stocks," Jesse Livermore wrote: "It is foolhardy to make a second trade if your first trade shows you a loss. Never average losses. Let that thought be written indelibly upon your mind." In "Trade Like a Stock Market Wizard," 1997 U.S. Investing Championship winner Mark Minervini's advice is: "Remember that only losers average losers."

Early-stage protein drugs usually have weak connections and molecular flaws that take months of tedious lab work to fix. @diffuse_bio just proved they can solve both issues in about a week, boosting connection strength up to 50x while wiping out the flaws. Every test makes their agents smarter, moving us closer to true AI-driven drug design.
Namrata Anand@namrata_anand2

Update: we can now do affinity maturation in as little as 1 week with RamaX Opt from @diffuse_bio! To our knowledge, this is the fastest affinity maturation method available, outperforming even the most advanced existing experimental and AI approaches 🧵

Markets don't get the reflexivity of that trade. They truly don't. Not only are their acquisition targets getting cheaper, the bearishness also destroy VC interest in creating competition.
