Hi @TPExpressTrains our connecting train from Berwick to east linton has been cancelled. Going to travel on to Edinburgh and back to our destination. Assume our ticket will be accepted on Edinburgh to east Linton train

@LNER This isn't the brilliant new "simple" ticketing system you've been banging on about is it? I set a ticket alert for this journey...got an alert...tried to book and got told I couldn't. Not your fault I know but something seems broken.

Hello @LNER have you stopped selling tickets for other train operators? Can't seem to book a through journey with you. Can do it on trainline but not LNER...is this deliberate?

@LNER I'm confused. The trainline will sell me tickets. I can buy a ticket to newcastle from you and one for Newcastle to East Linton with Transpenine Express...this is a bit weird isn't it?
