JUST IN: St. Cloud library’s “Chinga La Migra” artwork, which translates to “F the immigration police,” has been removed after we asked questions. Great River Regional Library told @AlphaNews they were not aware of the translation. A spokesperson said it’s the city of St. Cloud that determines which artwork to display at the library.
