NBCC Defies Court Receiver Orders, Misleads Amrapali Dream Valley Buyers On 06.03.2025, NBCC CMD Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy staged a grand "Flat Handover Ceremony" with banners, inviting Amrapali Dream Valley Phase 2 High Rise buyers to receive flats after a 15-year wait. However, instead of handing over keys, we were given only a Possession Letter—already provided by the Court Receiver. @OfficialNBCC's grand show was just a facade to paint a rosy picture of working hard for us aggrieved buyers. In reality, it’s a trap to lure people into buying other properties, boosting their profits. Their news published in newspapers and their claims don’t match the ground reality. Why am I bringing this up? Because after passing 40 days of @OfficialNBCC's organized "Flat Handover Ceremony", we still hold just paper, not our flats. This deceptive act misleads buyers and the judiciary, betraying our trust. Court Receiver, appointed by Hon. Supreme Court, his instruction is also being ignored by @OfficialNBCC, defying SC orders. I am posting a picture to illustrate that I only received a paper (my possession letter), which was already delivered to me by the Court Receiver’s office on 04.03.2025. I didn’t receive the flat keys. @KentROSystems it has been only 1 year since I bought this product & same was serviced between 9-10 th month when it stopped working now in recently again it stopped working & service executive informed there are rs 7000 Charges for repairing of this, Such a poor product.
