『ぐるぐるのせかい』 小学一年生の頃,自分が描いた絵 あの時,何を描きたかったんだろう? 現在の自分の芯 反省 → 更新 → 謙虚 → 慢心 息が途絶えるまで, 繰り返せる人間でいること. あの頃のぐるぐると 今のぐるぐるが,かさなって "ぐる"と名乗ることにしました😊 皆様よろしくお願いいたします!

小学生の休み時間、 号令と同時にダッシュで校庭へ。 チャイムギリギリまで遊んで、汗だくで席に座る。 あの「1秒も無駄にしない」感覚、 なんで大人になると消えるんだろう🤔 意志が弱いからじゃななくて 選択肢が多すぎて、目的を持ちすぎて、 今この瞬間が「未来のための消費」になってしまうから。 取り戻すのに必要なのは、 うまくいかなくていい、 記録しなくていい、 誰かに言わなくていい、 「何も生まなくていい時間」をただ作ること。 子どもはそれを知らなかったから、できていたのかもな。 大人は知ってしまったから、意識して捨てるしかない!😎

【恥ずかしいくらいが丁度良い】 うわ、これ自分いたいなって 投稿する前に一回止まる時があります。 でも、子供は、 どう見られるかなんて考えずに全力で遊ぶ。 あの無邪気さの中に人惹きつける要素があると思っています。 それで思うのが酔い方には種類がある。 いい酔い方は、 自分の世界に夢中になって、 気づいたら周りも引き込まれてる状態。 好きなものへの熱量が滲み出てる感じ。 悪い酔い方は、 承認欲求を満たすために演じてる状態。 見てほしいが強いと、 どこか必死さが透けて見える。 自分の喜びが先にあるか、 他人の反応が先にあるか の差なのかな。 何が言いたいかというと とりあえず 恥ずかしいくらいが丁度良いです😊 ....ちょっと雑かなぁ🤔

滝行へ行ってきた。 滝は、ただ冷たかった。 お坊さんの手首に ごっついピカピカの時計。 自分の「お坊さん像」と違いすぎて、 脳がエラーを起こし、 説明が何も入ってこなかった。 悟りとは何か、 まだしばらくかかりそうです😅

Claudeに「こんなアプリ作れる？無理かな？」と恐る恐る聞いたら、「全然作れますよ。なんならこの機能もあの機能も作れますよ？」と言われてどんどんお願いしてたらモリモリのアプリが出来た。楽しい😆 でもどんどん課金することになった。アプリ作ってる途中で「チーン終わり」と言われても「ここでやめられるかっ！」と課金課金💸💸💸 すごくお金使ってしまった。Claude怖い😖🫨🫨🫨

Go to the inaka — the deep countryside. Find the old man who's been farming the same rice field for 60 years. That conversation will stay with you longer than any landmark. I'm traveling the world for a bit, starting with China but then hopping around the globe, anywhere. Open to any adventure. No plans, only a backpack. Hoping to meet & get to know humans from all walks of life. The pic is from a long hike on the Great Wall. For me, as a fan of history, this was an epic experience. In China, first I'm visiting a few big cities & talking to engineers at the heart of China's AI revolution. After that, if feeling crazy enough, I'm hitchhiking (first time) across rural China for a few weeks. Hitchhiking because I think it's the best way to meet rural folks who I would otherwise never get the chance to meet. I hope to do the same in US and other places. Form 1 - travel recommendation: If you can, recommend to me an interesting place I should visit anywhere in the world. For this, fill out form 1. Not touristy stuff, but something off the beaten path, that tourists may not know about, but is legendary. It could be as remote as meeting a herder in the mountains who is a local legend. Asia, Middle East, Europe, India, South/North America, Africa, Australia, anywhere. In China, I'm hoping to visit maybe Heibei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan, etc, so recommendations for spots to visit are helpful. Form 2 - coffee: If you want to grab a coffee with me anywhere in the world, fill out form 2 (please don't use form 1 for that). Anyway, I hectically tossed stuff in backpack. 出かける前に、部屋を整えてから家を出る。 丁寧な暮らしに憧れてるわけじゃない。 ただ、帰ってくる自分がいつも機嫌よくいられるとは限らないから。 仕事で消耗した日。 人間関係に疲れた日。 何も悪くないのに落ち込む日。 そんな日に部屋が散らかってると、 「こんなことすらできないのか」って 自分への減点が始まってしまう。 逆に、綺麗な部屋が迎えてくれると、 それだけで少し息ができる。 いい日はもっといい日に。 悪い日は「まだ平気」に変えてくれる。 掃除は、帰ってくる自分への小さな優しさです。
