The issue with this and a lot of AI in general is it fundamentally has no use. It’s really cool, don’t get me wrong but it isn’t efficient. Now, if the car is able to drive itself at 2 to 3 times the speed of a human safely that would be efficent. However, until wide spread adoption it would be slowed to the speed of all other traffic until it is fully adopted making the ability useless.

Couldn’t you make this same argument with a car or any other object? What’s stopping some deranged people from running people over? Most gun owners are responsible I have no doubt whatsoever, but who is to stop guns from falling into the hands of irresponsible gun owners, criminals, deranged people and people with mental disease? What about their children?
And a responsible gun owner today could develop into a deranged person tomorrow, or become mentally troubled or unstable. Then hell breaks loose.

URGENT BREAKING: U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty, a Trump appointee says a 2-year-old American citizen was deported to Honduras today without any meaningful legal process. The child was apparently send away with her mother, despite her father’s desperate attempts to keep her safe in the United States.
The judge stated, “the Government contends that this is all okay because the mother wishes that the child be deported with her. But the Court doesn’t know that.”
This is a complete betrayal of the Constitution and basic human decency.

China is now openly threatening any country that dares strike a deal with the United States that China doesn't like. That’s desperation which guarantees that what China fears the most, i.e. being fenced out of the world trade system, will happen on an accelerated timeline.
