@bookingcom it’s been two weeks since I raised a complaint about a terrible experience in had in one of your properties, but I have had 0 response from you and it appears that you’re siding with the property owner on this. Is this your standard for customer service??

@etihad I raised a complaint + request for a refund more than 2 months ago, and have yet to receive even an acknowledgment of the complaint despite numerous phone calls and emails. Very disappointing
