Yes! I remember raising for @photobucket in 2005. Only one I met was @gustai . He became my mentor and backed both photobucket and @billshrink. Made money for @trinityventures both times! Inspired me to start investing.

20 years ago it seemed almost impossible for Asian Americans to break into venture, with the few notable exceptions of vinod, bill tai, and a handful of others. Impossible not to notice their presence on this year's list. Venture is getting Level:Asian'd. Congrats @Alfred_Lin!

In 2005 when we went to raise for @Photobucket, I remember @gustai being one of the only ones I found. He became a board member and mentor & also our board member in my 2nd startup @billshrink where I was CEO.
