Nobody talks about it, but transit will cap Miami’s tech hub before talent or capital. Workforce keeps pushing out: Kendall, Doral, Aventura etc. 5-7 yrs til it’s a ceiling. Need mass transit sub 30 min. Big campuses won’t fit in center. They need fast links to MIA/the burbs.

HOLD UP .... Mint Mobile is like $20 bucks a month unlimited. Can pair it with 5G home internet for $45. Why am I paying T Mobile $200 for the same thing? I always thought Mint Mobile was for trap phones in the hood, never knew I could use an iphone with it. T Mobile owns Mint, so im getting the same exact service for 1/10th the cost.... Whats the catch here?

Boston already has this and it basically sucks. It sits cold and empty for a whole half of the year, and even in fair weather is among the worst-utilized land in downtown. A swathe of prime land not used for living, working, commerce, transportation or infrastructure.

I’ve grown loquats for over ten years and am always surprised how unknown they are as a fruit tree… They produce hundreds of yellowish-orange fruits per year that taste like a tropical citrus peach Great for fresh eating, but I’ve also turned these into jellies, jams, and even loquat ice cream Apparently the leaves can also be used as a medicinal tea, but I haven’t experimented with that personally yet Grow loquats
