Lot of Hills excavation works are going on in & around Madhurawada area. WTC Tower by Kapil group, TISB International School, Adani Data Center, MK&Citadel Villas, Sattva Project, Iconica City Villas, IT Cos work, Unity Mall. But, no progress on Flyovers & Metro Rail. @naralokesh

While the Hindi heartland has consistently embraced South Indian cinema with open arms turning films like #Pushpa2, #Baahubali, and #RRR into historic blockbusters the reciprocation from the Telugu market remains surprisingly cold. . The numbers tell a story of their own: #Pushpa2 (Hindi): A monstrous ₹70 CR on Day 1. Absolute carnage at the Box Office! #Dhurandhar2‌ (Telugu): A mere ₹1.27 CR on Day 1. Despite the scale and the hype, it failed to find any footing. . The North has proven its Pan-India spirit by rewarding quality content regardless of the language barrier. However, for Bollywood to truly conquer the South, it seems a much deeper connection or perhaps a complete shift in marketing strategy is required. . The lopsided trade figures are a wake-up call for the industry. Content is King, but Cultural Connect is the Kingdom. Unacceptable?

Met a north india couple yesterday, they are planning to move to Hyderabad from Pune due to work place shift for both husband and wife. They are new to Hyderabad but wife was an alumni of ISB (2011 passout). Came back to Hyderabad after 15 years. She was mesmerised to see the development after ISB and Microsoft campus road which was a desert while in 2011. From DLF junction, it was the time when it is difficult to get a Auto to ISB. We were discussing on many things wrt Hyderabad growth story and how it evolved into this city today with infrastructure, law and order etc.. and they are also convinced with the fact They asked me one good question, for someone moving to Hyderabad from other part of India/country what's the biggest negative/major concern we should be aware while we moving to this city. I was giving few options but unable to convince them and even myself. Can anyone comment here what's the biggest concern we should be aware as an NRI/North Indian moving to this city. Please don't say traffic.. anything else and which is genuine.. #Hyderabad

@MrN178__ If we buy in budvel now....it will take atleast 10 years for it to take shape...by that time all the 30 to 40 age guys will become old and will find difficult to travel from such long distance to IT zones....I don't prefer there

Instead of rushing into Tellapur, Nallagandla, or Kollur, it may be wise to wait 6–8 months. A new My Home project in Budwel with better planning and low density is expected at similar pricing. Another launch in Financial District (~₹11k/sft) may come by April end. My Home is one of the strongest and most trusted builders. Investing with them feels as safe as keeping money in an SBI fixed deposit.

We advised caution about Tellapur due to the massive supply pipeline coming in that belt and suggested lower-density options in Kokapet near Financial District Hyderabad. But “value for money” convinced her to buy My Home Akrida by My Home Group. Now after hearing about another launch in the same belt, she asks if cancellation is possible. The bigger picture many buyers ignore: • ~11,000 units already from My Home projects • ~150-acre township by Aparna Constructions (Deccan Town) • Massive township by Rajapushpa Properties ➡️ 40,000–50,000 units expected in the Tellapur belt. Many people think these projects are close to the IT corridor today. But mark my words: When this entire supply gets delivered, this belt could become one of the most traffic-congested residential zones Hyderabad has seen. Its 8km to wipro circle, 12km to hitech City, 10 Km kokapet IT zone,4 KM to upcoming gopanapally IT area, very near to ORR only issue is Gowlidoddy..will be solved soon
