Allow those who have gained education in western countries to return home, become innovators, create employment, and transform their country. By doing so, we can ensure that the youth will not engage in piracy or terrorism due to a lack of job opportunities. It's worth noting that even the President was once an asylum seeker who fled to the US, but he returned when peace was restored to become the leader of the nation. Therefore, Somalis should embrace leadership from such individuals who have the potential to bring positive change.
