@palashshah creatine is kinda unnecessary. caffeine is not the devil. just eat good, sleep good, hit your macros. eat sugar when you need to between meals. gym frequently for an intense burst of like an hour or so a day.

i am on a quest to get 14 hours of sustained energy a day. with only one cup of coffee a day. things i'm doing so far. > no coffee before 10:30am > creatine in the morning > a ton of water > try to not eat desserts > exercise 3-4 times a week eating at home isn't an option, any ideas?

i don't think that makes sense. it's what Demis said in a recent podcast, but i don't see how that's true. there are absolutely pockets of people in SF who think long-term, and regardless, you can still be the one thinking long-term. people will understand it, even if they operate short-term.

the best founders we've met weren't just looking for funding, they were looking for a way to get to sf as fast as possible that's why I exist
