Every time I talk about open source, my eyes start tearing up 🥹 I've seen so many people during my 15 year career span go from a student and contributor to a very successful developer. Time has been going so fast, people I've mentored are now in higher level positions or even Founders now! Your first contribution isn't the end of the road. Remember, it's the start of something bigger and greater, and that's been my entire career journey.
