@LLFlooring I am having issues with my flooring installed less than 2 years ago. The installer says it the company’s issue and my case manager says that the case is closed and that I cannot speak to the supervisor. What are my next steps?

@lilianbabey @Toyota They started ignoring my DMs about never receiving a call. I reached out on FB and Instagram. They responded hours later saying they couldn’t help me. 17 more wasted days. It seems their policy is “promise a call-don’t call-hopefully the customer will give up.”

@hagenthree @Toyota same thing happened to me. they told me 3-5 business days. i’m waiting 1 month for a call and 3 months for 1 part.

@Toyota We think we need to replace our Prius C Hybrid battery 2,000 miles over warranty. We called dealer-told us to call nationwide customer service. After 3 calls/week, (we were promised return calls twice & never received them), we were told they wouldn’t help us. Not cool.

@Toyota Update. After Toyota’s initial “concern” for my bad customer service issue, they proceeded to promise calls I never received for 17 days. After they ignored multiple DMs & I reached out on other social media, they told me they couldn’t help me. They wasted more of my time.17 days

@Toyota Responded to my tweet 2 wks ago about issues w/cust.service repeatedly promising calls, not calling, forcing me to make many follow up calls over 1 wk to be told they couldn’t help w/warranty issues. @Toyota promised a call over 10 days ago-now ignoring my DMs. Argh!!!!!!

@MyBobs I won’t go into the all of the many issues we’ve had with our Bob’s order. I’ll just state the most recent. I just hung up the phone because I couldn’t wait anymore. 60 minutes on hold for the parts department to send me longer legs for my bed. 60 minutes. Finally gave up

So Toyota did reach out. Told me someone would contact me. They didn’t. I messaged again. They said someone would call yesterday. They didn’t. I messaged again today. No response. Can’t say I’m surprised. More of the same. We will help-we’ll call you. Silence. More wasted time.
