@cibc Is the cibc rewards travel page broken? When I click on the airplane icon, it doesn’t go to the flights/hotel/car rentals page

@WilliamSPLaw @cibc The CIBC Rewards is definitely not loading flight information. But, no one seems to want to sort this out! This is very frustrating, I know there is a number to call and make bookings, but in the past there were never issues with booking our own flights online. Frustrated!!

@WilliamSPLaw @cibc it is always the same run around trying to convince me that there is an issue with my browser, my IP address, my device Etc. I have tried absolutely everything and it is not an issue on my end. I have confirmed with several friends who have Aventura Visa, they have the same issue

@cibc @ciaosulli This is the exact same reply that you gave to me Simon a few days ago. Something is definitely not working properly on CIBC rewards site!

@ciaosulli @cibc i am having the exact same issue!! I have sent several messages to CIBC nothing has been resolved! The site for Rewards is definitely not working properly and this is beyond frustrating for customers who want to make their own travel bookings. This is not acceptable CIBC

@cibc have tried that...have tried everything...CIBC Rewards is not working

@cibc is there an issue with Cibc Rewards...it is freezing up every time saying "We are loading the lowest available fares for all airlines", super frustrating as the phone lines are over an hour wait to call and make bookings??!!
