@HalifaxBank you’ve just sent me a new VISA credit card to replace my black Halifax ‘platinum’ card. The new card is almost identical to my Halifax Clarity Credit Card. Who’s idea was it to issue different types of card that look almost identical to each other? Not great UX.

@Rodge2014 We are currently in the process of changing our credit card provider from Mastercard to Visa and issuing new cards to our customers. Once you receive the email or text to advise the card is on its way it will normally arrive in 5-7 working days. ^Katy

@HalifaxBank Halifax is not sending the code to me phone by text, this has zero to do with my laptop, the day before the change to the new login it worked, then Halifax changed the way we login and it no longer sends texts. This is clearly server, not user error. My Sky mobile is working fine

On 12 March, a limited number of customers using our app may have briefly seen transactions that weren't theirs due to an internal IT change. We’re very sorry this happened. No action is needed and there was no account security issue.

@Purplenugget84 Hi, I'm Delina. I want to help. Yes, the ExpressCash account debit card can be used overseas. It can be used at any ATM displaying the VISA or PLUS logo. Debit cards with the VISA logo can be used to take out cash at an ATM and make purchases at point of sale in retail .1/2

@HalifaxBank I wonder when was the last time you checked the timing to wait for deaf people to enter the 4 digit to complete the security for new phone to link the online app to new phone? Said 40secs on the app and it was actually 5 seconds(!)
