$WULF should have a FERC decision on the Morgantown MD sale any day now. Aug 2 is the deadline. I expect an approval or conditional approval. The detractors make 3 arguments, all of which are curable, so the sale going through is inevitable, just a matter of timing 1) PJM Market Monitor wants assurances that Terawulf would continue supplying the PJM market and not remove supply. The company has been on public record stating just that. 2) Some argue that the company did not disclose $GOOGL ownership. However, company says warrants have not been exercised so they have no voting rights. FERC rules do not apply to contingent rights. 3) last argument centers around disclosure of purchase price. As a public company, I’m sure this comes out eventually anyway

Just bought our first “family” car 5 weeks ago 😭 Driver going wrong way - crashes into Subaru - Subaru crashes into her This is the 2nd time we were hit driving an @Audi & the cars kept us 100% safe. Beauty of a live talk show is you just yap like us Dads are doing right here Today was the first time in 9 years I didn’t stream on my birthday. Usually one of my biggest stream days of the year. Instead I spent the day at the beach with my fiancee and daughters, just felt it’s what I needed to focus right now.

@GoldGloveTV @hambinooo Bruh, it's constantly flying around in my head. Saw this on an Instagram and it was like my actual brain.

I got into streaming because I wanted to share cool gaming moments. Things spiralled & now I've done it for 14 years. This streamer university thing feels like everyone's an actor or drama farmer, desperate for money & fame. Sometimes I feel a bit strange being in this space.

@hambinooo Honestly wanted to do something like this for years, just feel like I'd fail so never bothered. Also think it would take a massive amount of research and effort and that would infringe on the stream or being an actual dad/partner. Time management is fucking hard these days.
