Second flying Wednesday for @St_James_Sharks and it was a great one! We had a 1.15 5/10 and .94 20/10 guy! Our first 21 MPH wristband handed out and a yet to be counted number of guys in the 20 MPH club. Teaching shin angles and how to PUSH for last week! As @Tony_Villani_ says EASY!! All that and none of these guys have even been on the @SHREDmillSpeed yet 👀

More great stuff from @GeorgeQuadley today. @1080motion 10 yard sprint with 1KG. First rep 2.77 with a 1.98 0-5 split. Watched the video and he was losing his shin angle after one step. Dude is a freak in the weight room, so we went a couple reps of loaded 10…5 kg and 15 kg. Emphasis on PUSH. Came back after 3 min rest and hit 2.54/1.81 with 1kg.

I get my guy @GeorgeQuadley 4x a week. Allows us to do some deep dive stuff. Was talking with my dude @clh_strength about him the other day and we got on the topic of his ankles and shank area absolutely hating to accept force in any plane outside of sagittal (dude can squat a house and hang cleans 355) Ferrari engine had to have tires to match! George is already one of the best DL in the area. Has a great S&C program at school lifting-wise. 2026 season loading….😎🔥🔥🚀

After finishing 4th in the state in wrestling @GeorgeQuadley is back at it!! Big and strong and SO force dominant. Time to peak on plates was over 4 seconds. We will get that down so he can access that crazy strength faster. His brain thrives in that deeper squat position because it’s what it’s learned to be comfortable in! Already back up to 220 pounds. About to dominate on the defensive line this season…just 8 sessions in and a long runway!!

Still work to do on getting the proposed S&C bill to the next step here in SC. Next step is to have it called to a hearing. SC H. 4743 aims to close the gap on knowledge and practice to ensure safe and effective programming for high school weight rooms. ✅ Structured, progressive programming

3rd in Lower State Championships for @GeorgeQuadley and on to states next week! Been two weeks of training with my guy 3x a week and he is already ranking as one of my favorite athletes and people that I’ve ever trained! Proud of this guy!!
