Got asked how much it all cost… £65 total 60 eggs, raw milk 2L £2.65/L that’s basically a meal in a glass 1lb venison, 1lb beef mince, 2 lamb chops, liver, bone marrow, oxtail, unpasteurised butter, carrots, potatoes 3 variations, courgettes, apples, apple juice nutrient dense, clean, no seed oils, no cold storage, no middleman the “farm shops are expensive” thing getting jacked on easy mode
Achilles@mralexthomas

Just got back from the local farm shop hands were full carrying it all to the car... the farmer came out, grabbed the bags, helped me load them in - then shook my hand I stood there for a second thinking. THIS is what it's all about - a man who knows where his food comes from - a man who supports the people growing it - a transaction that actually means something the UK government is actively trying to kill these farms no support, more regulation, more pressure and we're over here choosing convenience over community @RupertLowe10 is one of the only MPs saying it out loud find your local farm shop, shake the farmer's hand, bring this back

Dear @ZoeJardiniere, Yesterday you showed your support for @ZackPolanski’s economic plan. If I can prove to you that the economic models for his policies harm the poorest and middle-class the most…would you still support them or do you prefer making people poor? Both rent controls and wealth taxes are unable to achieve what the narrative proposes, the economic theory fails and this has been tested throughout history and proven to fail. Let me know, happy to supply as you keep saying how you want to help the poor, so surely you don’t want an economic model that harms them. Thanks Peter

Exercising helps a lot. Most of the times I feel a kick of energy after a good or even a bad (when you really don't want to lift) training session. A walk in the park also has a similar effect - clears my head, gives me a new wave of creativity, sometimes makes a headache go away and brings back that sense of I can do anything. Sauna and swimming are other things that I religiously do at least once per week - usually on Friday evenings. It's a way to reward my mind and body for a week of hard work. Also works amazingly way as a mental reset. Other things like watching a movie, reading as well as just having a laugh with a friend work great too.

Sober people (no alcohol, nicotine, drugs, etc ever), what is your end of day or weekend "wind-down"?

@RusGarbageHuman The thing about this is it’s so hostile to the fabric of civility. It’s an active attack at the shared space of politeness and manners. I see no way that these people in the video can change at all. It’s too deeper an instinct to act like this.

Here’s the real cause of the UK cost of living crisis: Miserable Brits who police each other not to enjoy too much income, freedom or risk-taking. Of course UK salaries are vastly lower than Americans. The same kind of activists who scapegoat tech founders that create good jobs perpetuate a low-risk culture that kills aspiration, investment and growth. Delete these people from your life. Surround yourself with people who want you to win.

@FS3K_Art I see your point of view to a degree. But this guy was being intimating, disruptive and begging for confrontation. If the street is normally peaceful & full of people having a good time I can see why the locals got fed up and involved.

You're not "implementing" a plan, idea, or approach. You're taking countless naive actions and molding outcomes until they align with the structure of reality. It's all about movement.
