LOL I read your post and corrected you. There is no NATO defense budget. The NATO budget is is coordination and administration. There is no NATO military. Every country in NATO agreed to article 3 and 2% of GDP was the agreed MINIMUM on defense spending. Most countries didnt honor that for decades and now they barely do AFTER Russia invaded Ukraine.
