@KLM Tried calling twice (both cases 1hr hold then you hung up) and tried iMessage option 3 times, no answer. Need to add seat to booking for baby. Any chance of a response by Twitter? There’s $$$$ in it for you.

@KLM Still no response in the DM. Now tried 4x calls and each is cut off after 1hr 5mins of hold time. All with a view to actually spending more $. What is required to get a callback?
