@TPExpressTrains you guys are shambles… on a delayed train from Manchester pic at 10:13pm we got terminated at Sheffield and they said they would sort transport out however they never sent any transport for anyone who was on connection trains to adwick. 1/2

Honestly is disappointing @TPExpressTrains so i would appreciate if you could tell me where I can email to get a refund for my transport back they you said you would sort and also a refund for my rail ticket.

I am now having to pay £55 for my own transportation home as you never sorted it out like you said you would. I hope I can claim this back from you!? The people on the train said there would be people at Sheffield to help us there was no one there to help us it was a free for all

I’m on the same train. We was delayed because of a broken down train and then another delay was because of someone hit by a train and now in York Some kids have ran away from home, got on at Newcastle and hit and kicked one of the staff members and now legged it off the train in York station 🙄

I was writing emails for agencies last night and In my tiredness I’ve managed to send one at 1:30am and then also scheduled it for 10am? 🫣 note to self write them in notes first and just copy and paste in the morning 😂🙌🏽
