@tfl so now there is this message on the Oyster 60+ card So they are not processing any new applications. TfL you should hang your heads in shame - are we able to get a refund for journeys made once we turn 60 as your useless website cannot deal with applications

@RobbieDas @TfL That is the question we are all asking - the silence is deafening. Maybe we should complain to London TravelWatch and the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO)

@TfL I can't seem to be able to order a 60+ Oyster card online. I turn 60 this week. How else can I do it? Apparently you can also download a letter and take it to the Post Office, but that link also takes you to the page below. What do I do? I've been trying for a week now.
