@acjuelich @YuYo I believe it was 2023, looking at the M365Maps change log - #2023-january" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">m365maps.com/changes.htm#20…

@YuYo @harrybamber8 Intune Remote Help? That was always an add-on.

@acjuelich @bdam555 @tybyrnabeaux @BelaLior This is what I don’t understand. Just have clear messaging that’s all I want 🙃
English

@bdam555 @harrybamber8 @tybyrnabeaux @BelaLior Oddly enough, many of these features are coming to G3/G5 as well, and not mentioned on THAT blog.

I agree with you hundred percent terms of the SaaS products and the availability after launch etc.
For example we have just got education pricing for M365 Copilot, it’s took a while but we got it.
In terms of Intune it took a while to get Autopatch, OK we got it in the end but there isn’t clear communication in terms of what Microsoft was doing regarding the availability for EDU it just got made available one day.
Personally all I want is transparency when it comes to releases and licensing.
English

@harrybamber8 @acjuelich @tybyrnabeaux @BelaLior Generally, when it comes to Windows OS features there usually is parity between ENT and EDU, though someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
It's the SaaS services, where MS often waits to understand their costs before giving it to discounted EDU SKUs.
English

@acjuelich @bdam555 @tybyrnabeaux @BelaLior Yeh it’s not called out explicitly, it would be nice if messaging would be clearer for all non Enterprise licenses (G/A/F). The announcement imho doesn’t make it clear if features like QMR, Cloud rebuild and point in time restore are also available to education as well.
English

@harrybamber8 @bdam555 @tybyrnabeaux @BelaLior Bryan is right. If it isn't called out in the announcement, then we have our answer. I would expect it to get to A3/A5 but I have no idea when. Probably a year, if we follow the similar process with Autopatch.
English

@bdam555 @acjuelich @tybyrnabeaux @BelaLior I asked everywhere I could… it would be easier if they just said it wasn’t available to us.
English

@acjuelich @tybyrnabeaux @BelaLior Interesting. Maybe I wasn't paying attention in the early days but for the last 5ish years every single announcement ever goes like this:
MS: announcing X
First Q: You say E3/E5 what about A/F?
MS: No
It was the first thing I thought of when I saw the news: someone's gonna ask.

English

@stedaniels @AdamGrossTX It makes me think whether things like QMR and the autopatch features will be available to A licenses.
English

@stedaniels @AdamGrossTX From what I have seen, A licenses are not included which is a shame.
English

Great news, as #Intune #Suite will become part of M365 #E5 and #E3 — next to earlier announced Security Copilot. Read more in the article below 👇🏻

English

@acjuelich It’s huge news but it looks like it’s not available to A3/A5 🙃
English

@jamesmlarson Yep, I'm in 3 different buildings tomorrow... not bothering to take a bag with me, hopefully it will speed it all up @events_msft
English

@harrybamber8 Makes me want to only stay in one facility for fear of having to change buildings.
English

@RiffZachary @NathanMcNulty @JefTek Yep appears so after asking a couple of people at Ignite, we will get it someday
English

As it should have been from the beginning...
These SCUs reset every month and won't roll over, so everyone will want to enable the agents they are interested in to get a baseline, then figure out what is left over for prompting and such

@Mister_MDM @techienickb @IntuneSuppTeam I have been having this same issue in our tenant, it was a dodgy edition upgrade policy causing the identifying issue for us.
English

@techienickb @IntuneSuppTeam safe to ignore... it has it reasons why its there... i am mentioning it somewhere on a blog

Is your Intune tenant location in Europe, and to be precise, in Azure Scale Unit 0101/0202 or 0301.... You could be experiencing some issues..
1. Available apps are not showing up in the company portal
2. Policy delivery could be delayed
3. Overall slowness.
@IntuneSuppTeam .. The number of topics on reddit/discord/teams MCCP channels are obvious...
Feel free to leave a comment if you are experiencing the same thing. Let's see if we can create some traction.

@acjuelich By any chance does pre-provisioning sits on identifying during device setup?
English

I've been seeing a lot of Autopilot failures recently, or ones that run for 2+ hours past the timeout period. I'm starting to suspect it is because of Office CSP install during it. I know many recommend against using Office CSP but I've used it for years without issues. Just weird. #MSIntune
