Finding a problem that when solved leaves a dent in the world for good can be very meaningful - one of the big reasons why I started @ZymoChem - to use my skills as a biotechnologist to make high performance polymers with low carbon footprint and better end of life.

@TPolymerist That was me 12 years ago. I defend my thesis in Feb 2010 with a job at Dow in hand.. and I was ecstatic. I just wanted to be done and move on. Looking back , I have couple of notes for my younger self and anyone else in similar position. I knew I was a product guy all along….
