Dear @atlys Earlier in August I had applied for a South African Visa stating my Travel Date in December. Later in August I made a request that my Updated dates are of 12th September 2025, and your team agreed. They assured me multiple times that I’ll receive before 12th

Now I really doubt whether can I ever trust @atlys again when your assurance can lead to deceptions and huge financial and emotional loss.

But today as it is getting closer to the day and the process had not begun, I received this reply leaving me startled and anxious.

Traveling Internationally from Mumbai for the first time. Booked concierge using Olympus, entry and security along with immigration was done through first/business queue. I opted FTTIP for immigration but unlike Delhi, here they still have a manual process of stamping the boarding pass. Lounge:- Adani east wing business lounge Entry for Business class/Star alliance Gold customers. Credit cards also accepted, Axis Horizon, Rupay cards, Plat charge are among few which are accepted. Tons of people were being refused. Lounge is fine just like any other.
