ChatGPT’s new image model can take in a picture of a house and “generate an entire floor plan” It blows every single other image model out of the water. I’ve been trying it all day and here are 10 unbelievable things it can do: 1/11

Your brand new Windows laptop came with dozens of apps you never asked for. - Ads in your Start menu. - Telemetry tracking every click. - Bing hijacking your search bar. - Microsoft Copilot you can't turn off. - Recall taking screenshots of everything you do. One script removes all of it. It's called Win11Debloat. Not a sketchy optimizer from a pop-up ad. A lightweight PowerShell script that strips Windows down to what it should have been from the start. Here's what it removes: → Bloatware apps — Candy Crush, TikTok, Instagram, Clipchamp, Teams, and dozens more → Telemetry — diagnostic data, activity history, app-launch tracking, targeted ads → Ads — tips, tricks, suggestions in Start menu, Settings, notifications, and lock screen → Bing — removed from Windows search, your search bar searches your computer again → Microsoft Copilot — disabled and removed → Windows Recall — the AI that screenshots everything you do, disabled → Edge clutter — ads, suggestions, and MSN news feed, disabled Everything that actually works stays. Your apps. Your files. Your settings. Nothing breaks. One command. That's it. Your laptop is clean. Works on Windows 10 AND Windows 11. Microsoft spent years adding things to Windows that nobody wanted. This script spent years removing them. 43,800+ stars on GitHub. MIT Licensed. 100% Open Source. (Link in the comments)

SOMEONE JUST KILLED EVERY SKETCHY VIDEO DOWNLOADER SITE ON THE INTERNET. It's called ReClip. Self-hosted. Open source. Free. Paste a link from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, or 1000+ other sites. Download as MP4 or MP3. That's it. No ads. No popups. No trackers. No rate limits. No account. No sketchy installer. Your machine. Your downloads. Your data. Here is the full feature set: -> 1000+ supported sites including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X -> MP4 or MP3 output, your choice -> Resolution selector before you download -> Batch download. Paste multiple links at once. -> Clean web UI that runs in any browser -> Lightweight self-hosted setup It went from 0 to 1.4K GitHub stars in 9 days. 239 forks already. Here is why that number matters: Every person who found a janky ad-covered downloader site in the last 10 years was waiting for this. A clean, private, self-hosted alternative that just works. No business model built on your data. No premium tier. No upsells. Built in HTML. MIT License. Two contributors. Ships in days. 100% Open Source. Free forever.

That said - it seems what Angular currently doing is (1) bundle with esbuild and then (2) optionally apply chunk optimization with Rollup? If that's the case, the best long-term option would be to replace both with Rolldown, which covers full esbuild feature parity AND offers better chunk control at the same time. Rolldown also outputs smaller bundles than esbuild. @framer is switching from esbuild to Rolldown for this exact reason and are seeing much improved chunking and loading perf.

🚨BREAKING: Largest Real-World Study of Ivermectin + Mebendazole in Cancer Patients Shows 84.4% Clinical Benefit — Nearly HALF Report Cancer Disappearance or Tumor Regression After just 6 months, 48.4% of cancer patients taking ivermectin and mebendazole reported NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE (32.8%) or tumor regression (15.6%), while 36.1% reported disease stabilization⬇️ We have completed the largest real-world human analysis to date evaluating ivermectin and mebendazole in cancer patients—and the results represent one of the most compelling clinical signals ever documented for repurposed anti-parasitic therapies in oncology. The groundbreaking analysis was made possible through a unique collaboration between The Wellness Company, the McCullough Foundation, and the Chairman of the President’s Cancer Panel (Dr. Harvey Risch)—uniting real-world clinical data, frontline medical experience, and high-level epidemiologic expertise to deliver urgently needed insights in oncology. This was a real-world prospective clinical program evaluation of 197 cancer patients, with 122 completing a follow-up survey at about six months (61.9% response rate). Cancer patients were prescribed compounded ivermectin–mebendazole, with each capsule containing 25 mg ivermectin and 250 mg mebendazole—most commonly taken at 1–2 capsules per day. The cohort represented a clinically relevant population, including a wide variety cancer types, with 37.1% of patients reporting actively progressing disease at baseline and many having already undergone chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. At six months, 84.4% of cancer patients reported clinical benefit (Clinical Benefit Ratio: 84.4% [95% CI: 77.0–89.8%]): ✅ 32.8% reported no evidence of disease (95% CI: 25.1–41.5%) ✅ 15.6% reported tumor regression (95% CI: 10.2–23.0%) ✅ 36.1% reported stable disease (95% CI: 28.1–44.9%) Treatment adherence was high, with 86.9% completing the full protocol and 66.4% remaining on therapy at six months. The regimen was well tolerated, with 25.4% reporting side effects, primarily mild and gastrointestinal, and over 93% continuing treatment despite these events. Patients were treated in real-world conditions alongside concurrent therapies, including chemotherapy (27.9%), radiation (21.3%), surgery (19.7%), supplements (49.2%), and dietary modification (37.7%), supporting use as an adjunctive approach. Together, these findings represent a large, internally consistent real-world clinical signal that supports URGENT further investigation of ivermectin and mebendazole as low-toxicity, adjunctive cancer therapies. Given the strength of the signal observed here, advancing this line of investigation is no longer optional—it is necessary. This is NOT the end. We will continue advancing this work with larger datasets to further define and validate the role of anti-parasitics in cancer outcomes. The manuscript is now available as a preprint on the Zenodo research repository, operated by the European Organization for Nuclear Research, while undergoing peer review at leading oncology journals: “Real-World Clinical Outcomes of Ivermectin and Mebendazole in Cancer Patients: Results from a Prospective Observational Cohort.” @twc_health @McCulloughFund @P_McCulloughMD @DrHarveyRisch @DrKellyVictory @jathorpmfm @drdrew @PeterGillooly @FosterCoulson

I was smeared as an anti-Semite and “Holocaust denier” for even broaching this topic. Turns out I was onto something….. “Israeli officials obtained Hamas’s battle plan for the Oct. 7 terrorist attack more than a year before it happened, documents, emails and interviews show. But Israeli military and intelligence officials dismissed the plan as aspirational, considering it too difficult for Hamas to carry out. The approximately 40-page document, which the Israeli authorities code-named “Jericho Wall,” outlined, point by point, exactly the kind of devastating invasion that led to the deaths of about 1,200 people. The translated document, which was reviewed by The New York Times, did not set a date for the attack, but described a methodical assault designed to overwhelm the fortifications around the Gaza Strip, take over Israeli cities and storm key military bases, including a division headquarters. Hamas followed the blueprint with shocking precision.” nytimes.com/2023/11/30/wor…

A Midjourney engineer just open-sourced a way to lay out entire web pages without CSS. Not a framework. Not a library that wraps the DOM. A pure TypeScript text measurement algorithm that bypasses browser reflow entirely. 600x faster. Why it matters: AI-generated interfaces need to lay out text dynamically. The browser wasn't built for that. CSS reflow was designed for humans writing static pages, not agents generating UIs on the fly. This exists because agents need rendering that doesn't depend on a 30-year-old pipeline. The AI-era stack is being rebuilt from scratch. One library at a time. P.S. Such a fun to play with that!
Cheng Lou@_chenglou

My dear front-end developers (and anyone who’s interested in the future of interfaces): I have crawled through depths of hell to bring you, for the foreseeable years, one of the more important foundational pieces of UI engineering (if not in implementation then certainly at least in concept): Fast, accurate and comprehensive userland text measurement algorithm in pure TypeScript, usable for laying out entire web pages without CSS, bypassing DOM measurements and reflow

🚨 CRITICAL: Active supply chain attack on axios -- one of npm's most depended-on packages. The latest axios@1.14.1 now pulls in plain-crypto-js@4.2.1, a package that did not exist before today. This is a live compromise. This is textbook supply chain installer malware. axios has 100M+ weekly downloads. Every npm install pulling the latest version is potentially compromised right now. Socket AI analysis confirms this is malware. plain-crypto-js is an obfuscated dropper/loader that: • Deobfuscates embedded payloads and operational strings at runtime • Dynamically loads fs, os, and execSync to evade static analysis • Executes decoded shell commands • Stages and copies payload files into OS temp and Windows ProgramData directories • Deletes and renames artifacts post-execution to destroy forensic evidence If you use axios, pin your version immediately and audit your lockfiles. Do not upgrade.
