ANOTHER SCAM 👏👏👏👏👏 booked a hotel in Vrindavan via @Cleartrip and the contact number listed for the hotel was wrong. We called multiple times to confirm the stay, and the person clearly said he has nothing to do with the hotel. Assuming the booking was fake, we had to urgently book another hotel. Now Cleartrip refuses to refund the amount saying the booking was non-refundable. If the contact details listed on your platform are incorrect, how is that the customer’s fault?
