@endclothing@endclothing need to speak to a senior team for complaints. I’ve sent photos&video of a badly packaged parcel&incorrect weight&a member of your team has accused me of stealing&claiming it was in the parcel, it was not. You are withholding my money. Awful way to treat customers.

@TfL can you let me know how many buggies are allowed on your buses. It doesn’t specify here tfl.gov.uk/transport-acce… tried to get the 356 and even with plenty of space the driver wouldn’t let me on saying only two are allowed. Never has this before.

@FirstBSA I’ve taken an alternative route with a long walk as I’d have been waiting an hour. It’s the number one bus in Bristol, you can look at any times in any direction as they’re all really long and infrequent. This is why people would rather drive here.

@CrossCountryUK shouted at me on the platform to fold the buggy before getting on before the train had even stopped. The person was so rude and didn’t offer any help in getting onto the train. The lack of support on 1/3 @trains_for_kids
Please get a space for pushchairs on your trains. Most companies have kindly allowed me to keep the buggy up if the train has space. It’s impossible and unsafe to carry my baby, buggy and bags on and off a train. Today a member of your staff 1/3 @CrossCountryUK@trains_for_kids

@TfLBusAlerts Your site says we can use bus passes on the tube. I am pay as you go. Can I use your ticket stub for the tube? The bus drivers don’t seem to have any info.
