@Splott_D @SY_Supertram They may be old but still so their jobs. There's also no room in Nunnery Depot in for more trams. There are plans to replace the trams in the distant future. In the shorter term, refurbishment has been put to tenders. Our system is very unique and has requirements

@Splott_D @SY_Supertram If you knew anything about our network, you'd know how difficult procuring new trams would be. We have steep gradients and the trams need to be powerful. The Siemens trams are infinitely more comfortable than the m5000s on metrolink, the citylinks and most other British trams.1/2

The Following Trams will be cancelled due to Lack of Available trams: 14:55 Yellow route Middlewood to Meadowhall, 15:03 Blue Route Halfway to Malin Bridge, 15:04 Yellow route Meadowhall to Middlewood.

But seriously.. Our on board WiFi is delivered under the Friendly WiFi scheme, which blocks access to certain categories of content. This is important to us as we know that there are children on our trains! #NorthernTrains

@StagecoachYrks Today's 120 Journey was 10 minutes late, full and with a driver who was rude to people getting on the bus that was 9 minutes late at the time. Why this is considered acceptable is completely appalling. You can see the bus reg, fleet number and the time it was at.

@SCSupertram 108 has a wheel flat and door 6 isn't shutting properly

@DKessen @SCSupertram They won't say but a driver ran a red light and hit a tram. The lights changed when the driver used the VIS Ready button and the driver probably assumed they could make it. It was a duewag so the driver is safe and the tram sustained minimal damage.
