Come on @DPD_OfficalUk you advised me my order would be delivered between 7.00-22.00 today. 30mins ago tracking showed he was 100m down my road, only to receive an email at 20.24 "we missed you. Your driver won't be back today but we'll be back Mon 2 February with your parcel"

@nectar I know you must be inundated today because of the @Sainsburys IT glitch. As their SmartShop hand scanners were inoperable, I have noted in my (Activity) account that none of my bonus points have been registered. Is there any way I can rectify this issue?

Why are the @EE website & App so utterly useless. Have been unable to access my account for weeks. It's interesting to note that they highlight a EE 10/10 ***** rating and review which is 4 years old!!
