In my communications with the ministry, they want to restrict them and other devices to "legitimate users", i.e. some sort of licensing. The F0 is available while they work that out. My fear is when they do require licenses, it's worse than lockpicks

Tranquille Project Manager Tim McLeod tells NL News this new winery would be on a five acre property in the former Padova City, by Kamloops Lake. When all is said and done, it will be fifth winery in #Kamloops after Harper's Trail, Monte Creek, Privato, and Sagewood. #Kamloops

NEW - Wine maker Andrew Peller Ltd. has signed a MOU with the developer of the new Tranquille on the Lake subdivision to explore the potential for a new vineyard in #Kamloops. They will start collecting data over the next few years with an expected planting date in spring 2025.

@DHerbertCBC Yeah, from the press release pictures, they had dug down to where the water was back filling from the lake but that wasn't the case when we were there. Unclear whether that was on purpose to allow people to use the beach or not. Just very interesting project! Sure hope it works.

@hdsheena this was from Friday afternoon. They seemed to be close to being done from what I was told. Now they need rain and some water to be released from the dam up the creek to hopefully get it going.
