I need to ask a favor from every one of my followers. Please store your important passwords in escrow with your closest friends, just in case something bad happens to you. A close friend passed away in her bed last week, a day before she was supposed to see me. She had a single brother, no other blood family. We're now trying to reach her brother without any success. My friends phone is locked and no one has access to any of her things. Coroner hasn't been able to reach anyone either.

That explains a lot. I haven't let them change my meter because it's behind my fence. I let my great danes out in my back yard all the time. It's for their safety that they can't change my meter. Anyhow a women showed up earlier this month saying she needed to read my meter and then told me my meter doesn't match what is on my account, and they'll need to send a van out to read my meter. This is starting to make sense now...

Check your bills, CO folks. Even if you *opted out* of smart meters and TOU 5 years ago, they just removed your old meter and replaced it...and opted you in to TOU per order of the CO PUC. Yes the govt forced a bypass of your opt out.
