Hi there, sorry to hear that. If your train is cancelled, then you can use your current ticket on the two trains directly before or two trains directly after your booked time without amending it. If the two services immediately before or after your original train are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket - John

@LeadHostSarah My train tomorrow the 10.42 from Totnes to Paddington has just been cancelled. If I get to Exeter to then get on a train to Paddington from there will I be ok? or is there further flooding issues further up the line?
