@UPS I paid a $90 to overnight birthday cards & a few used items incl. medical items to my son on 9/25. After 6 phone calls, multiple incorrect tracking updates & 26 days I see that I now owe $55 in “import fees.” Pls explain what import service you feel I should be paying for.

Hey @UPS my overnight pkg still hasn’t been delivered 2 wks later. It contains important items for someone’s medical condition. Your system has told me it has cleared customs multiple times, is on its way multiple times and given me at least 2 delivery windows. Still not there.

@UPS I sent an overnight pkg on 9/25. Not only did it not arrive the next day, it has been sitting in Louisville KY since then. Your system said it has cleared customs multiple times& on its way 1x but now it says you’re preparing the pkg to clear customs. 4 agents unhelpful.

@united this is my 3rd call to baggage assistance in 3 days. Have waited on hold up to 1 hr or more each time. Where is my missing bag? I’ve been told twice by an agent “it’s on the next flight .” Yet your app says it’s still in DEN 2 days later. Are your people just lying?

Just this weekend a mom I’d never met told me how she has to wait for ED staff to “do it their way” and fail before listening to her about what works for her son with seizures (for the past ten years). No one can apparently be bothered to read a chart or page a consultant?

All health care providers… please read. Can’t tell you how many parents have stories of being dismissed by hospital staff for legitimate concerns. That’s just the ones I’ve heard. Please acknowledge parent autonomy and competency.

@fitterhappierAJ Everyone who got infected there that I know weren’t wearing masks. I always check if hotel rooms have their own AC and/or if I can open sliding door/ windows.I was recently in Orlando but not there & didn’t get sick either. The hotel had farUVC in the common areas. That was my 👍🏼

@fitterhappierAJ I'd like to know if your N95 mask and social distancing strategy has been successful in preventing Covid. It's a sincere question, I think it's a dangerous virus for many people. But I find it a difficult strategy to maintain.

RIP Gwen Watkins, who has passed at the age of 101.
She decoded Luftwaffe codes at Bletchley Park in WW2, aiding RAF & USAAF fighters against German bombers & helping Allied aircraft evade German air defences.
