South Carolina is one of the top boating states in America, but for too long, we’ve had the highest boat taxes in the nation! That’s a heavy burden on our families and boaters who enjoy our lakes and coast all across our state.
Today, the SC House took action and passed the SC Boat Tax Act (H.3858) cutting taxes, ending double taxation, and making it more affordable to enjoy life on the water.
