Peter Obi has criticized the present govt for spending heavily on SUVs for lawmakers, and a lot of people have cvrsed out Wike for building houses for the judiciary. But let's go back in time shall we? The same Obi who called out the govt reportedly purchased over 400 SUVs for traditional rulers during his time as a governor, oh, and with state funds obviously. Obi also got over 110 vehicles for Local Govts. He also gave out over 21 Honda Accord cars to judges in and 58 vehicles to magistrates; And that's not all. Houses were equally built for judges that cost close to N250m at that time. Now how do you criticize Wike for building houses for judges, then clap for Obi who did the same? That's hypocrisy at its peak. Note that the cars also distributed to the judges were reportedly Toyota sedans and Nissan SUVs. Obi equally distributed over 31 Peugeot 406 cars to House of Assembly members. In his time his government distributed Ford, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and Peugeot. Now he's talking about supporting local production. OK.

Why wld a member of the House of Assembly believe that they are entitled to "security personnel" at public expense? If he needs to be accompanied by security personnel, he can hire bouncers. And why are we being dragged into this anyway? All the time Desmond has been in bed with this lot, did he remember that we existed? Pls let them settle their quarrel by themselves, joor!

I am not an expert in power, but this is my understanding. I would like to know whether power experts agree or disagree. This is my summary 1. Nigeria needs massive investment in power infrastructure 2. Nigeria and Nigerians can't fund this investment because it's in USD; turbines and natural gas 3. To attract investment in Nigerian power, the tariffs paid by the Nigerian consumers have to go up. 4. Nigerian consumers can't afford higher power tariffs. 5. In other nations, the government will subsidize the power cost via subsidies, so that consumers can pay lower today but higher tomorrow as they boost consumption and investment due to power availability. 6. Nigeria also subsidized power to consumers via the Multi-Year Tariff Order MYTO); however, as the MYTO is winding down, the consumers' incomes have fallen, thus it's very hard to raise power tariffs 7. If tariffs don't rise, investors or $ won't come 8. If investors don't come, power generation and distribution will not improve, meaning fewer users of grid power and a higher average power cost. 9. The critical issue is the cost of power paid by consumers, and thus tariffs guardian.ng/news/rising-en…

This is INNOCENT IHECHU PASCHAL (Madino) who is currently the Dean Mass Communication Faculty at Abia State University. He allegedly engages in extorting students via handouts and sorting. Also charges up to N350k for projects. Once students pay for the projects, he will give them what to copy and submit to him. We are beaming lights at all universities and polytechnics. If you are a lecturer currently extorting students by any means, you are advised to stop now. We need to restore the glory in our universities and start producing top quality graduates to drive Africa to greatness.

This is Dr. KC Izuogo from Dept of Mass Communication at Abia State University. He is very corrupt and wicked to students. He teachers “Introduction to Advertising “. Students must buy his handout for N5,000 and also sort the course with N20,000. If you don’t do it, you must fail the course. Government should investigate him thoroughly now. All evil lectures destroying our education system will be exposed and jailed. They are the major causes of low quality graduates in our society today.

The classic "Dogs of the NGX" strategy is simple: Every year-end, buy the 10 highest dividend-yielding stocks on the NGX, hold for 12 months, collect fat dividends, then repeat. High yield often means the market has beaten them down — giving you both income + recovery potential. How to do it easily on @investbamboo : 1. Open the Bamboo app 2. Fund your Naira wallet 3. Search & buy the current top 10 high-yielders (Fidelity, Access, GTCO, Zenith, etc.) 4. Invest equal amounts in each (e.g. ₦100k total = ₦10k each) 6. Hold till the end of 2026, collect dividends 7. Rebalance next December Simple and beginner-friendly. Start building generational income today. Speak with your advisor to make sure this strategy is in line with your investment goals

17 House of Rep members have dumped the ADC for the NDC. More are going to join in days to come. When we told them that this man is the Opposition, they thought we were joking. The ADC is dead! They wanted to box him into a corner. Have him stay there as minority. At the cul-de-sac is where everything ends! Like the PDP did in 2022, the ADC failed to zone their ticket to the South. An oversight on their part. They tried to trap him in their party until the last minute. They were clever by half. Many are yet to fully appreciate the enormous powers this man possesses. Bola Tinubu was shown his numbers in 2023, & he panicked! INEC had to hurriedly turn off the IREV. In panic, afraid that Nigerians may rise up (if fake results were ever announced), the Commission had to quickly make that announcement at 4AM. Peter Obi won that election hand’s down! Nigerians woke up to the sad news, & it was the silence of the graveyard. A type of dreadful calm enveloped the entire nation. People knew that that election had been rigged, & the future was bleak. Hopelessness & dread filtered in & remained in the air. They are felt to this day! Back to my story: The Establishment were prepared for war. They stationed armored tanks at INEC HQ. Police & soldiers were stationed at strategic locations in Lagos & Abuja. The Establishment were afraid of a possible breakdown of law & order. It was a Great Expectation. In fact, they were terrified! The atmosphere was supercharged. Those of us at Obidient HQ saw it all. Your elites fled Nigeria. Cowards all of them! They wasted no time in fueling the jets. MM international airport was busy, private jets left in their droves. It was panic like no other! The “Silence of Lamb” greeted by fear & apprehension. Asiwaju won his bet. Manhood Yakubu sold out Hindsight, I wish influencers like us didn’t call for calm. That was a big mistake on our part. Peter Obi called for calm & we listened! This law-abiding citizen had faith in the judiciary. He is the Opposition, the Opposition is him. HE IS POWER, where legitimacy & moral authority reside. Where he goes? Nigerians follow! LET THE TSUNAMI BEGIN! 💪💪

The blind student Nnamdi Daniel has been sent out of his hostel today by Prof Adibe Agbos who is the Director of housing and accommodation in UNN. He was sent out for speaking out about the state of the UNN hostel and what he is suffering as a visually impaired student. We will get him a much nicer place to stay. You see this evil in UNN, we will fight to dismantle it. Our students can’t live like prisoners anymore. UNN is the first indigenous university in Nigeria and its glory must be restored to the fullest. The university must be a model for all universities in Africa.

I Declined the Ibadan “Opposition Summit” Nigerians Deserve a Genuine Alternative, Not Recycled Failure I was invited to attend the so-called “Opposition Summit” in Ibadan, but I declined. There is no need to pretend that the same men (and a few women) who held Nigeria to ransom for years, presiding over stagnation, corruption, and systemic decay, can suddenly reinvent themselves as champions of progress or defenders of the people. Not all Nigerians are suffering from amnesia. For the avoidance of doubt, our revolutionary party, the African Action Congress (@aacparty ), will not be part of any charade designed to recycle failed political actors under the guise of “opposition.” Instead, we are committed to presenting a formidable, people-driven alternative, one rooted in integrity, accountability, and genuine transformation. We will mobilize Nigerians across the country to rally behind a credible vision that rejects the decadence and deception represented by both the @OfficialAPCNg and their opportunistic counterparts in ADC, PDP, Labour Party and elsewhere Nigeria does not need a rearrangement of the same broken pieces, it needs a complete break from the past. #AACOurParty #RevolutionNOW #TakeItBack

Lagos clarifies solar installation fee, says charge only applies to social housing estates The Lagos state government says permits and administrative fees for solar power installations apply only to residents of its social housing estates — not to private homeowners or tenants across the state. The clarification follows a viral video showing officials of the Lagos state ministry of housing confronting a resident over solar panels installed on his home. In the video shared on Tuesday, officials from the ministry’s monitoring and compliance unit were seen asking the resident to obtain approval and pay a fee before proceeding with the installation. thecable.ng/lagos-clarifie…

Peter Obi’s Presidential ambition is tied to APGA. The party he swore he will never leave. Peter swore before Ojukwu and Ndi Anambra that he will never leave APGA. He said he will die with APGA. He said if he leaves APGA may he never achieve anything politically. He later left APGA. That’s why he hasn’t achieved anything politically since then. That’s why people used his name to win elections in 2023 while he, the owner of the name lost. I’m surprised he hasn’t realized this. Oaths are very powerful. Whatever he’s doing with ADC is a waste of time. Peter Obi has chances of being President in 2031 after TINUBU, but he can only do it with APGA.
