Don’t know why I ever went back on my word regarding flying @SouthwestAir. A flight that was scheduled to leave at 6:45 pm is now delayed until 9:38 pm. I called customer support and asked what the delay reasoning was and no one over the phone knew? Must be April Fools 😐
