Durability in business is one of the most underrated skills you can develop.
Everyone talks about strategy, tools, capital, and margins. But the real separator is whether you can absorb punches and keep moving forward.
The past few weeks have been a perfect example of that.
• $2k in product suddenly goes stranded
• Mid four figures in inventory gets cooked by buy box suppression
• Ungating battles dragging on (convinced its impossible rn)
• Team members making mistakes or not executing how they should
On paper, that looks like a rough stretch. And in the moment, it absolutely feels like one.
But this is the reality of operating a real business. Problems don’t show up one at a time but stack in waves stack.
Logistics issues, marketplace issues, team issues, capital constraints, operational mistakes. All happening simultaneously while you’re still expected to perform.
The key is durability.
Not panicking when something breaks.
Not spiraling when numbers dip for a few days.
Not letting frustration turn into inaction.
Not letting EMOTION get the best of you.
Just solving the next problem in front of you and continuing to move the machine forward.
Ironically, despite all of that noise, we’re still pacing toward our best non-Q4 month ever -> Because durability compounds.
If you stay in the game long enough, keep solving problems, and keep showing up every day, the momentum eventually works in your favor and you PUT YOURSELF IN A SPOT TO GET LUCKY.

Looking to apply for either more credit through chase ink unlimited/amex plum OR open a new CC.
My goal is to reach $200k/mo in 6-12 months. Currently sitting around $90-100k. Revenue btw.
Just did a calculation on my payouts and I was paid $57,000 from last month til now.
And I currently am bootstrapping everything really. Have only $24.5k credit between my current cards.
So if anyone who understands credit could possibly help me to get better limits, or if I even need to get more credit help me out! Looking to apply this week.

What’s up guys! Just wanted to update you on my journey as I’m finally back from college. Super pumped with $15k month sales and excited for what’s to come next! Hit me up if you’re in a similar growth so we can expand together💪 #amazonfba

Currently selling some caps right now. I use boxes to pack them for fbm but they are cutting the margins down. I want to use poly bags for better margins but worried that the cap would be damaged in the process. What’s you guys’ thoughts? #amazonfba

@CookingCashflow Bet appreciate it Ryan. Yeah I make sure to split the orders up 💪

Quick question. Does JCPenny accept resale certificates? I’m afraid to ask them and get flagged as reseller lol #amazonfba

Didn’t end up posting my February sales as I was lacking in plenty of aspects.
The past 2 months have been right around $10k in sales each.
When I started this was a big goal for me and although I’m proud of it I understand I need to scale much further.
Picked up a side job with the goal of just using that little bit of income to live off of and reinvest profits on Amazon without pulling.
This completely threw me off track but that was my fault. Built up a little savings to live off of and quit the job to put full attention back on Amazon.
Goals going into April
• build and refine replen system while testing fast flip FBM items
• scale winners, cut losers, speed up sourcing
•sending out at least 1 FBA shipment a week
• be more active on social media

What’s up guys. How do you guys go about Target order cancellations? I tried creating another account and tried purchasing with VPN on but they caught on to it. Any suggestions? #amazonfba
